Used in dock, grain warehouse, power plant for measuring the bulkload and batching on chemical and building material industries, the scales can completely solve the problem of too much drift and low precision of belt-coneyer scale and can reach the measuring precision of 0.1%.The system cosists of scale body, electric/pneumatic valve, control cabinet, control indicator, etc. Measuring can be completed automatically after material entering hopper and total weight can be accumulated. The process is as following:
Loading to measuring hopper through loading valve controlled by indicator;
Measuring and accumulating weight;
Feeding by opening hopper feeding valve;
Turn off feeding valve automatically after feeding.
The process above should auto circularly proceed,indicator can print and accumulate material weight or upload the results to computer.
